Florals Essentials – Essentials for Floral Needs
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) will be processed the next business day.
During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, bulk orders), processing times may be slightly extended. Customers will be notified if delays occur.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.
Estimated delivery times (after processing):

We currently ship within the United States.
At this time, we do not ship internationally.
Bulk & Multiple-Item Orders
Orders containing multiple floral boxes or bulk quantities may be shipped in separate packages to ensure proper protection during transit.
Bulk orders may require additional processing time.
Packaging & Protection
All orders are carefully packed using protective materials such as:

Edge and corner protectors (when needed)
This ensures floral supplies arrive in good condition. However, once packages are handed over to the carrier, Florals Essentials is not responsible for handling delays or damage caused by the carrier.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Include clear photos of the packaging and damaged items
If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with your local carrier first. Florals Essentials is not responsible for stolen packages once delivery is confirmed.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Florals Essentials is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
